In Ramayana all monkeys were lifting heavy rocks, and helping to construct the bridge between india and srilanka. One Squirrel was also lifting small (tiny..tiny) rocks and looking at this, one monkey said to the squirrel, "stop working" and "don't disturb other monkeys". Rama was listening all this, Rama said to everyone, actually that squirrel is doing the great work because it is lifting rocks more than it's capability.
It is not that important, what are you doing? But, more important is -
What is your capability and How much you are doing?
